Payment Methods

By Credit Card (Preferred)
We suggest that all orders be placed online with a credit card using our secure server. We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.

By Check
We do accept checks for orders over $1000 (excluding shipping). Once we receive the check, there is a waiting period of 10 business days before processing your order. To expedite the waiting period, you can send a certified check and we can start processing your order as soon as a certified check is received. If you would like to pay by check, please email us at orders@kitchenhoodcomponents.com and one a customer service representative will assist you.

Return & Refund Policy

All regularly stocked items may be returned with a 20% restocking fee, plus all applicable freight fees, if the item has not been used. In order for any return to be accepted, it must be returned within 30 days from the day you received your order. No refunds or returns are available after 30 days of receiving your order. The original shipping and handling charges are non refundable.

Returned product(s) must be in the original condition free of any scratches, scrapes, dents, or debris. Returned products that are not in “new condition” will not be accepted and credit to your credit card will not be issued. Should you require that the products be returned to you, all applicable freight charges will be at applied.

To request a return, you must login to your account and click the "Product Returns" link on the left hand side to initiate the request.

Shipping Policy

Delivery Time and Freight
: You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. Orders are usually processed and prepared to ship within 1-2 business days (business days are Monday through Friday, 8am - 3:30pm CST). All delivery times are estimates based on product availability, shipping method, and shipping destination. Ground shipping can take 2-9 Business Days. 2nd Day Air guarantees delivery of your product by the end of the second business day after your order was picked up from our supplier warehouse. Next Day Air guarantees delivery of your order by the end of the next business day after your order was picked up from our supplier warehouse. 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air orders received after 12 Noon Central Standard Time will be processed the following business day.

Destinations
: We can ship products anywhere in the United States, excluding Alaska and Hawaii, using the shipping method of your choice (UPS Ground, 2nd Day, or Next Day Air). We do not ship to Canada.

Split Shipments
: Our product line is consolidated to only the best manufacturers in the industry which limits the number of shipments you receive per order and ensures everyday low prices. If your order consists of a variety of products, across several categories (hood filters, grease containment, hood cleaning, etc), it is possible that you will receive multiple shipments. If so, the full amount of the shipping costs are automatically calculated when you checkout online and you will not see any additional fees.

If you want part of your order shipped 2nd Day or Overnight Air, and the rest shipped Ground, please place two separate orders.

Canadian Orders: 
At this time, we do not ship to Canada.

In order to process your credit card we have to consult with an out side credit card processing company.
